Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you
may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal for
online orders.
You may also use our order form to place an order by fax or by email.
If you use a credit card, your order will be processed immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will
ship no earlier than 5 business days after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy

information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the
purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Processing Times
Please keep in mind that all of our jewelry is hand crafted and depending on the complexity of the piece and
on hand availability of materials, processing times may vary. One of a kind pieces displayed in our online catalog will
ship within 24-48 hours on orders placed Mon-Fri. Semi-custom pieces (you choose your colors, materials, etc) will typically
ship within 2-5 days. If processing will take longer than 7 days you will be notified and given the opportunity to modify
your order. If you need a processing time prior to ordering please contact us.
Beads and beading supplies usually process in 1-5 days depending on availability. If your order will take
longer to process we will contact you. If you need something immediately the best thing to do is call or write. We will be able to give a more accurate time to ship if
we know the exact items and quantity you wish to order.
Your order will not ship until the entire order is ready (with the exception of back order items). If
you wish for your items to ship as they are available, please specify. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completly satisfied with your selections so, unless
otherwise noted, you may return your purchase within 10 days for a full refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
